Data we store
TimeVault stores data you add yourself: watches, brands, models, references, purchase years, warranty details, accuracy standards, wear logs, deviation measurements and notes. The app also stores language preference and technical session data needed for sign-in.
Sign-in
TimeVault uses Google sign-in or email-link sign-in, depending on what is enabled. When you sign in, TimeVault stores your name/email and any technical sign-in identifiers needed to identify your account and connect the collection to the right user.
Storage and security
Data is stored in the TimeVault database on the server. The information is used to show your collection, history, active sessions, reminders and calculated statistics. TimeVault does not sell personal data and does not use your data for advertising.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from the app. When deletion is confirmed, your account identity, watch collection, active sessions, wear logs, calendar history, and statistics tied to the account are removed from the TimeVault database. TimeVault does not retain account data in the app after deletion. Technical server logs or backups may exist temporarily and are removed through normal operations and security routines.
